ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

To check on the status of your order:

  • Check your e-mail for status and other order information including your order confirmation, delivery confirmation and more
  • View your Order History on www.shopecko.com
  • Contact our Customer Service Department through our email form or call us toll-free at 1-866-415-1336.

A tracking number will be assigned to your order, when applicable, and it will generally appear online along with your order information. You can use this information to track your package provided the information is made available on www.shopEcko.com by the carrier (such as UPS).

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders may be cancelled in part or in full by www.shopecko.com for a variety of reasons including:

  • Item is no longer available
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Inability to ship to address provided
  • Existence of a duplicate order
  • Other

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via e-mail. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be re-processed and must be re-submitted. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those that are no longer available, contact us for suggestions.

As part of our commitment to get items in our customers hands as quickly as possible, we will be unable to cancel or change your order after it has been submitted. Once you receive the item(s) you may return it or them by following the return instructions included with your package.
