ITEM AVAILABILITY

We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on www.shopecko.com. In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified.

The expected shipment times specifies when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, and not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped from our warehouse.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping costs vary per method and the total value of the order. Note that additional charges for APO/FPO/PO shipments might apply. The total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. We apologize for the inconvenience, but at the present time we cannot offer shipping to international addresses.

You will sometimes have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

This feature allows you to add multiple items to your cart and to send those items to different people and addresses during Checkout. Simply follow the prompts to enter each address in your Address Book during Checkout and select the destination for each item.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination.

When we can accurately calculate Estimated Delivery Dates, we'll provide them to you during Checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email and Order History. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Fragrance is considered a hazardous material by the DOT due to the alchohol content and will be shipped individually via Standard shipping. At this time, we cannot ship this item to Alaska or Hawaii. If your order contains fragrance along with other products that are not restricted, you will only have the option for 2-day or overnight delivery on the non-hazmat items.
