We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Your credit card will not be charged until your order items are shipped from our warehouse.

We accept Debit and Bank Check Cards. These cards may be charged immediately upon placing your order.

We accept Online Gift Certificates sold on this site.

We do NOT accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or lay-away plans.

Credit cards drawn on banks outside of the USA are not accepted.

For your safety and security, your billing name and address MUST match that of the credit card being used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

GOOGLE CHECKOUT

Google Checkout is an alternate method for completing your order on www.shopecko.com. This service allows you to make purchases across the internet with a single user account. Now you can track your online purchases together at Google Checkout or separately at shopecko.com and other merchant websites.

To get started, simply click the Google Checkout button in the www.shopecko.com shopping cart. You will be redirected to google.com, where you may sign in to your account or create a new one. After you have registered, you will begin the checkout process. At any point during this process, you may return to the www.shopecko.com webstore to browse more products, update your shopping cart, or resume checkout using the standard checkout process.

  • How am I able to access the order details, order history, and tracking information of orders purchased with Google Checkout?
    This information is available at Google Checkout and under the Track My Order section of the Marc Ecko Enterprises webstore.

  • Can a Marc Ecko Enterprises Customer Service Specialist assist me with an order that was purchased with Google Checkout?
    Yes. Customer Service Specialists are able to access your order details, order history, and tracking information. You can contact us at (866)-415-1336.

  • Am I able to apply special promotions when purchasing an order with Google Checkout?
    You may only take advantage of promotions that are applied prior to the checkout process. For promotions that are entered during checkout, the standard www.shopecko.com checkout process must be used.

  • Am I able to return to the Marc Ecko Enterprises webstore once I have begun the Google Checkout process?
    Yes. There is a link to return to the webstore on each checkout page. This may be used to browse more products, update your shopping cart, or resume checkout using the standard checkout process.

SALES TAX

The applicable amount of sales tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination's state and local sales tax laws. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Online Gift Certificates . However, items paid for with Online Gift Certificates will be charged applicable sales tax.

Please note: The Estimated Tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors. The actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order will appear in your Order Confirmation email.
